Data Protection - Important Changes
Under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) guidelines governing the storage of personal data have changed. You now have to opt in to receive information from us, whether by post, email or telephone.
The information you give us will only be used by the society to inform you about our events and activities and, where appropriate, other music and arts events in the Alnwick area.
It will not be shared with any third party without your permission.
It is vitally important that you fill in your details over the page telling us your preferences. You can change your preferences at any time by contacting our Membership Secretary.
- By agreeing to be contacted by post you will be among the first to receive our season’s brochure.
- By agreeing to be contacted by email we can remind you of each concert and let you know of any changes.
- By agreeing to be contacted by phone we can inform you of last minute concert changes.
Alnwick Music Society is a registered charity (Charity number 702722) and affiliated to Making Music, the national body which supports concert promoters and music societies.
